Sean Mason, B.A., J.D. - Founder
United Communications Unlimited

When it comes to Core Values, Sean Mason speaks from experience. During many years as a management and professional development consultant, he saw first hand how Core Values can shape the way that people respond to circumstances. Events in his personal life confirmed for him their transformative power.

Sean’s company, United Communications Unlimited, has developed and led courses on collaborative negotiation, leadership, effective communication, accountability, Core Values alignment, dispute resolution, sexual harassment prevention, and culture design. He has coached many executives to greater business success. With well-known names such as IBM, Sun Microsystems, Hewlett Packard, CNA Insurance, Glaxco Smith Kline, Conoco Philips and City of Hope, his client list reads like a Who’s Who of American business.

Over many years working with a variety of people on their personal and professional development, a common theme emerged for Sean: that when people take actions based on a shared set of Core Values, they

experience greater satisfaction in their personal and professional lives. High performance can be accelerated beyond that achievable with traditional methods. Building on his extensive background in training and development, and his keen insights into human behavior, Sean developed a methodology that enables people to define their Core Values in a few simple steps.

For the first time, Sean is making this methodology available to the general public, not only to businesses but also to individuals who want to live their lives based on an authentic connection to their core self.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Santa Barbara in California, and a Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School, where he founded the Whittier Law School Alternative Dispute Resolution Group. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1994. He is also a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner.

Currently he is writing a book on personal and professional development based on his Core Values methodology.
